A Progressive Roadmap to
Coaching Mastery.
The ProSCA qualification framework is structured around real-world coaching competencies. Each tier demands technical demonstration on the lifting platform, clinical movement screening, and defensible programming.
The 3-Tier Qualification Pathway
Level I: Foundations
Barbell kinematics, fundamental human movement screening, coaching pedagogical cues, and introductory linear periodization.
- Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press
- Movement Compensation Diagnostics
Level II: Advanced Applied Practice
Force-velocity profiling, Olympic lifting progressions (Clean & Snatch), ballistic velocity, and undulating load models.
A sub-pathway within Level II focusing on return-to-play objective testing and bridge-to-performance protocols.
Level III: Advanced Leadership
High-performance director leadership, multi-disciplinary athlete monitoring, velocity-based training (VBT), and load management.
- Linear Transducers & Optojump Analysis
- High-Performance Team Leadership
Official admissions challans are processed in PKR. Real-time foreign exchange conversions are provided for overseas candidates.
ProSCA Level I: Foundation in Strength & Conditioning
Practical foundations in strength and conditioning. Master coaching cues, fundamental movement patterns, and essential barbell mechanics.
ProSCA Level II: Applied Coaching & Movement Mastery
Development of athletic profiles, programming mechanics, force-velocity profiling, and olympic lifting progressions.
ProSCA Level II: Elite Rehab & Return to Performance Specialization
Advanced clinical-to-pitch rehab integration, return-to-play testing protocols, and tissue capacity restoration.
ProSCA Level III: Advanced Performance Architecture & High-Performance Leadership
High-performance environment management, velocity-based training, readiness monitoring, and elite multi-year planning.
